The Coffee Cart
A mobile coffee bar built into the flow of your event.
Built for live service, the coffee cart creates a polished, guest-facing station inside the venue.
The cart’s placement, working area, and guest flow are planned around the room and event schedule.
A single coffee cart typically serves 65–80 guests per hour. For larger audiences or shorter service windows, Coffee Malem can add carts and baristas to maintain a smooth pace and avoid long lines. With six carts available, the team can support events serving up to 500 guests per hour.
01
Made-to-order service
Espresso drinks are prepared during the event rather than set out as self-service refreshments.
02
Trained baristas
The team prepares drinks, welcomes guests, and maintains the station throughout the service window.
03
Considered presentation
The cart, menu display, drinkware, and approved branded elements are coordinated with the venue and event design.
04
Designed for the venue
The cart can be planned for offices, conference venues, event spaces, showrooms, team hotels, and private venues, with its footprint, placement, and guest flow considered in advance.

Menu and presentation
A focused menu keeps quality consistent and service moving.

Espresso drinks, cold brew, teas, chocolate drinks, refreshers, and mocktails can be brought together in a focused event menu, with dairy and alternative milks available.
Bookings include a minimum two-hour service window and unlimited drinks from the agreed menu. Drinkware, alternative milks, and ice are included as standard.
The final menu is tailored to the audience and pace of service so each drink can be prepared consistently. For brand activations and culturally specific gatherings, drink names and flavors can also be developed around the product, campaign, or audience.
