High-Volume Coffee Service
Serving a large crowd depends on more than guest count alone.

Coffee Malem identifies when demand is likely to peak, then plans the service points, staffing, and menu around those periods.
The Coffee Truck consolidates essential infrastructure in one mobile unit, including handwashing, refrigeration, storage, and space for hot and cold beverage preparation. Once positioned, its service windows open directly to the guest area, reducing the amount of temporary equipment needed on site.
The truck may operate alongside additional carts and baristas. Each cart typically serves 65–80 guests per hour, and a coordinated six-cart setup can support up to 500 guests per hour.

Is the Coffee Truck right for your site?
The Coffee Truck requires direct vehicle access, a safe and level operating area, and enough room for guests to order comfortably. For indoor venues or locations without suitable access, Coffee Malem may recommend Event Coffee Catering instead.
